Chicken Chunky Nachos


Need a yummy fancy quick fix for your craving for supper but too lazy to leave your home?

Worry no more. Try this. It is indeed a quickie;)



Ingredients:

2 cups diced cooked chicken

4 cups tortilla chips

1/2 cups cheddar cheese

1/3 cup salsa



Directions:

1. Arrange chips of a microwavable platter.

2. Top with a layer of cheese, chicken, salsa and another layer of cheese.

3. Put it in microwave oven on HIGH for 1.5 - 2 minutes.

4. Turn the platter halfway through cooking time.





Hints:
Add more salsa as desired.

Throw in some sliced olives if you have them in your kitchen.

If you're serving this to your kids, substitute the salsa with mixture of tomato and chilli sauce.
