Tuna Salad Rollups

Tuna sandwiches, anyone? Sounds rather b-o-r-i-n-g.

Who wants this...:S

when you can have this...:P

An easy peasy tasty Tuna Salad Rollups recipe for your kids or any kid-at-heart:

Ingredients:

4 tortillas

1 can of tuna in light mayonnaise

1 red onion (chopped)

a pinch of salt

a dash of ground pepper

Directions:

1. Mix tuna with chopped onion, salt and pepper.

2. Warm up tortillas.

3. Spread mixture onto tortilla.

4. Roll up into the shape of a tube.

It is indeed super fast and easy to prepare. I bet I'll be doing lots of these next week (yup, it's going to be Ramadhan & food will be a problem for us on campus & no, I'm not going to drive out to hunt for food).

To make these Tuna Salad Rollups more interesting, try putting a layer of lettuce first before spreading the tuna mixture. Throw in some chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped apples & chopped celery.

tortilla + lettuce + tuna + eggs + apples + celery = HEALTHY + YUMMY:D:D

If you're not a tuna lover, switch tuna with shreaded chicken meat.

Happy Rolling;)

p/s: For the kids-at-heart, add some sliced cili padi (whoa...typical Malaysian) if you need some "kick". Hehehe...
