YES...Friday is a holiday. This is indeed what I've been waiting for - a long weekend.
I've made some plans for this weekend and among them is to BAKE (not buy, k :P) Honeycomb Cake. I've a recipe which I haven't tried and I'm keeping my fingers (and toes, too) crossed that the cake will turn out well :D
There'll be a post on that once the mission is accomplished:)
